I'd say it has to be a good experience for me living in Florida for over a year now

It's almost as if you were living in a house. Everyone keeps to themselves, but if you see them outside they are quick to say hello.

Great office staff. Attentive to residents needs. Community activities such as Resident Appreciation Week, pool parties. Zoned for Winter Park schools. Walking distance to Publix, Winn Dixie, Target and several eating places.

Family friendly environment. Great office and maintenance staff. Comfortable, spacious units. Grounds are well maintained. Zoned for Winter Park Schools. Convenient to shopping and dining. Activities for residents.

Complex is gated and conveniently located. Walking distance to Publix, Target, Winn Dixie, banking and eateries. Winter Park schools - all A rated. Outstanding staff keeps the residents informed. Frequent community activities. Grounds and facilities are well maintained. Apartments are spacious. Maintenance concerns are handled quickly. Quiet and comfortable living. Great playground for the little ones and tree shaded courtyard for outdoor activities. Safe community. I have been here 6 years and I plan to stay.

I enjoy living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are very professional and quickly respond to any and all issues that arise.

The staff is amazing. They are always friendly and willing to help out. Work orders are taken care of fast and are done with quality. The pools are beautiful, the neighbors are nice, and there are usually monthly activities at the community center. I wouldn't pick another place in Winter Park.

If someone were to ask me what's it like living at Hunters Ridge Apartments I would tell them that it's really good looking complex; with beautiful landscaping, good servie, and nice apartments!
